What is my Registration Code?

If you have participated in training through a CSME Accredited Training Organization, they should have provided you with your registration code.  It is very important that you use the code provided by your training organization.

If you are a self study candidate for the Foundation exam, and do not have a registration code, please note that one is required when created your CSME Account in our Advanced Examination System (AES).  The generic registration code for self-study candidates is “61000-090000”.  This code should only be used by candidates that have not taken training through a CSME Accredited Training Organization.

For a list of CSME Exam Centers, please click here .

If you are unable to find an exam center within reasonable distance from your location, please contact support@csme.us with your postal code and the date you would like to test for further assistance.

A CSME Exam Coordinator will either work to identify an alternate testing location for you or to arrange an online proctored exam.

Test takers in need of canceling or rescheduling their examination scheduled at a CSME test center should contact support@csme.us or (248) 937-1846 ext 22 for assistance.

Candidates should not contact the test center directly.

What is the cancellation/reschedule policy?

Test takers scheduled to test at a CSME test center are required to provide CSME with 72 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment.  Cancellation and reschedule requests received inside of 72 business hours from the appointment are subject to late cancellation fees.
