CSME will reschedule or refund a scheduled exam as long as it is done al least 72 hours before the scheduled exam time.  Within 72 hours there is no refund and to reschedule there is a $60 reschedule fee.  Once an exam is completed there are no refunds.  For all merchandise materials can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
